Clear policy for digital services

Digital work is scoped milestone-by-milestone. This page explains when refunds apply and how cancellations are handled.

Refund policy

  • Before work starts — full refund of amounts paid.
  • In progress — if work has started, we may pro-rate refunds for incomplete milestones. Completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • Completed work — once a milestone is accepted, that portion is non-refundable.

How to request

Email BUSINESS_EMAIL with your project name, invoice number, and the reason for the request. We review within 3 business days.

All amounts are in USD.

Cancellation policy

  • Before kickoff — cancel anytime; full refund.
  • After kickoff — cancellations are pro-rated based on completed work and committed hours.
  • Care plans — can be cancelled before the next billing cycle; current month remains active.

Disputes

We aim to resolve issues quickly and amicably. Please contact us first to clarify scope, status, or acceptance criteria. If a dispute remains, we will work toward a fair resolution consistent with these terms and applicable law in BUSINESS_JURISDICTION.
