Agreement for digital services
These terms govern how TechDenX delivers web, automation, and related digital services.
Service description
We provide digital deliverables such as websites, landing pages, automations, integrations, analytics tagging, and maintenance. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Payment terms
- All pricing and invoices are in USD.
- Payments are collected via Stripe invoices or payment links.
- Projects typically require a deposit; remaining amounts are due upon milestone acceptance.
- Late invoices may pause work until payment is received.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, copy, and assets needed for delivery.
- Grant timely access to required tools (domains, hosting, integrations).
- Review deliverables within agreed timelines and provide clear feedback.
Revisions & scope
Each project includes defined scope and two revision rounds per milestone unless otherwise stated. Material changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before work proceeds.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the rights to the final deliverables for your use, excluding any third-party components licensed under their respective terms. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitations
To the extent allowed by law, TechDenX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific project or month of service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of BUSINESS_JURISDICTION. Disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction unless mutually agreed otherwise.
